5 November 2024, London // Servtron is excited to announce its strategic partnership with Fusion Landscaping & Facilities, a Midland-based, award-winning landscaping and facilities specialist. This collaboration marks a significant step for Fusion, securing multi-million-pound growth capital to accelerate its vision of becoming a national leader in the house building and associated sectors.

Founded by industry veterans Simon Ward and James Ward, Fusion offers a comprehensive suite of commercial services, from grounds maintenance to fencing and cleaning. The Ward brothers bring a wealth of experience, previously selling their family business, Forest Hill Landscaping Inc, to TCL, which was subsequently acquired by ID Verde in 2019.

Through this partnership, Servtron, led by father-and-son team Kenton Fine and Blake Fine, aims to support Fusion’s expansion and enhance its service reach. “We’re thrilled to partner with Fusion Landscaping and Facilities Limited as they embark on this exciting new chapter,” said Blake Fine, Managing Director of Servtron. “Our shared commitment to sustainable growth and quality service aligns perfectly with Fusion’s vision for expansion. By combining our resources and expertise, we look forward to supporting the Ward brothers as they build on their achievements and take Fusion’s exceptional services nationwide.”

This acquisition underscores Servtron’s dedication to fostering growth in the Environmental Services sector, following its recent acquisition of Majestic Garden Services. The partnership will position Fusion as a cornerstone of Servtron's Landscaping Division, with plans for further national expansion through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions.

Servtron is a joint venture between Kenton Fine's Family Office and RMB Corvest, a private equity company within the FirstRand Group. Kenton, the founder of Servest brings over 35 years of experience in global facilities and technology services. RMB Corvest, established in 1989, specialises in investing in established, well-managed, medium-sized businesses across South Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the UK. Kenton and FirstRand have a successful 20+ year co-investment partnership.
